Shipping policy

TAT is currently between 15-20 business days on pre-orders unless stated in the the description.  I ship the next day when I get the items in. Items will have TAT in the description because TAT could vary per item. This does NOT include weekends and holidays! 

If you order something RTS & a PRE-ORDER in the same order then they will ship when the pre-order is ready. So you can either pay separate shipping or order things separately or wait for the pre-order to come in and it all ship together. 

Shipping time could vary on USPS and how they're handling mail at the time your order is shipped. Once you have a tracking number and USPS has scanned the item in, it is out of my hands.

There is the chance that you receive your order earlier than current TAT. Sometimes I am able to get orders done quickly but when ordering you should pay attention to the TATs listed. 

Also, due to COVID there may be shipping delays. Raelynn's Boutique is NOT responsible for your order anymore once the package is received by the post office.
